Peer Review Process
Manuscripts submitted by the authors are screened based on the theme of the research considering mainly the title and keywords of the research. The manuscript that is categorized by initial screening is subject to double blind peer review process. Administrative editor upon the agreement with Editor-in-Chief nominates two reviewers who are in the same field of the research to review the manuscript. Reviewers are expected to protect the confidentiality of the manuscript and ensure that it is not disseminated or exploited in any form prior to publication. A coordinating editor is assigned to communicate with the author and the reviewer, and to coordinate the whole process until the manuscript is published. If one reviewer accepted while second reviewer rejected the manuscript, the reviewing process would be extended with a third reviewer. Based on the evaluation report of the reviewers, the Editor-in-Chief, Administrative editor and minimum of three Editorial Board members make a final decision for acceptance or minor revisions or major revisions or rejection of the paper. Peer-review process usually takes from 8 weeks to 16 weeks.
